Refund Process
To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the project completion date. We will review your request and provide a refund if you meet the eligibility criteria. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Project cancellation within 24 hours
- Failure to deliver the project on time
- Non-compliance with the project scope
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be calculated based on the services provided and the amount paid. If you have paid for a package deal, the refund amount will be pro-rated according to the services used.
Exceptions
Please note that our auto refund policy does not apply to certain services, such as domain registration and hosting. These services are non-refundable and are subject to separate terms and conditions.
